twocents v1.3: Final Touches

announcement

We're launching soon on the App Store and Play Store! For real! The team is putting in a ton of work behind the scenes to make sure everything is set for our official launch day (more on this very soon). We're getting the hang of rolling out frontend features across all our apps at the same time, as well as securing the backend via auth updates and setting up frequent cybersecurity audits. We want to make sure we do everything right by you, and have everything go right on our big day!

What's New

  • See how everyone's been doing since they joined with Net Worth History on user profiles!
  • Upload your Pokemon card collection, Fidelity screenshots, ancient bowl appraisals, and more with Manual Verification!
    • If we don't support your bank, brokerage, or other financial institution yet, this one's for you!
    • You can finally make sure your Fidelity account is represented through this!
  • Removed post title and topic requirements. Post away!
  • Search your feed by net worth, votes, verified users, locations, keywords, and more with a fully redesigned and comprehensive Filter page
  • Get notified when your polls break 10, 20, 50, etc. votes with new Poll Notifications

What's fixed in iOS v1.3

  • Fixed some buttons that didn't align with Liquid Glass
  • Fixed iCloud Keychain sync issues (twocents accounts should now automatically transfer between iPhones, iPads, and Vision Pros)
  • Corrected a leaderboard countdown display bug

What's fixed in Android v1.0.6

  • twocents for Android now supports Phantom Wallet so you can verify your Solana balance with one tap
  • Added support for more notification types
  • Added support for offline browsing
  • Updated app icon
  • Fixed how nicknames are managed around the app
  • Logging into a banned account now explains why it was banned
  • Updated net worth pills so they look closer to their iOS counterparts
  • Fixed various navigation and layout issues (onboarding, modals, status bar padding)
  • Added validation in onboarding flow for smoother signups

What's new in Web

  • Support for OpenGraph tags make your shared posts look great on social media like X and messaging apps like iMessage
  • Freshened up navigation with new icons and layout tweaks
  • Added new About, Privacy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy pages — clearer info, easier access

We are in the home stretch. Thank you all very much to the thousands of beta testers that have believed in me and made this possible. Let's launch and make twocents a household name.
